ImenaUS brings communities together through shared heritage and meaningful cultural experiences — empowering immigrant youth to grow with confidence, lead with purpose, and thrive in new systems without losing their roots.
Who We Are
Founded in 2023 by a group of parents, ImenaUS was created in response to a shared need for a safe and intentional space where children and families can celebrate their heritage, learn together, and build a strong sense of belonging. The organization is rooted in the belief that cultural identity and education are essential to youth development and successful integration.
To date, we have served more than 50 children, meet every Sunday for learning and cultural activities, and organize at least two family gatherings each year to strengthen community bonds. Our programs are primarily parent-driven, supported through both financial contributions and volunteer engagement.
ImenaUS equips immigrant youth with confidence, leadership skills, and a strong connection to their roots while fostering meaningful relationships among families and strengthening intergenerational ties within the community.
